MULTI-TALENTED PEOPLE WHO ARE POOR....

Talents is a great thing, and especially when you're multi-talented, as in you know too much, then thats a plus.
But what do we see these days, most of the Multi-Talented People are not that successful.
And that's the main problem.
You see when you Talent doesn't breed cash in your pocket, then you better think twice. Maybe there's something you're not doing well.
Soo lets check from these guidelines...
1) TIME MANAGEMENT
2) VALUE
3) DISCIPLINE
4) PLANS
5) SAVING & SPENDING
okey you can see from above that, all these are vey simple things we take for granted.
For instance, am also a Multi-Talented youngman, who's having such issues.
Let's address the points.
I) TIME MANAGEMENT :-
In most developed countries, there's a common motto "Time is Money", yes, but we joke with Time. We don't value our Time, therefore we spend it with things that are not soo important or necessary.
Sit and write down a list of how you spend your time, who you spend it with, and what you need to do, that will help you save more time for the very important things.
Ii)VALUE : I read a speech by one formal CEO of Coca-Cola, which said "VALUE IS NOT VALUE UNTIL IT IS VALUED" this main point is very important in the life of every Successful Person. When you add value to the things that make you important, then automatically those things also bring you success.
If you believe your Talent can make you very successful, then you respect it soo much that, you don't joke with it. You make sure it has standards, and you upgrade it, polish it, manage it properly, even use it at important places only. When you value your Talent, no-one disrespect you. People will fear and honour your presence, because if they don't need you, they won't call you. Value added to a Talent makes it worthy.
3) DISCIPLINE:- yes, this point is commonly misused amongs alot of Technical People. You see when you're discipline is shows in your dressing, time of meeting, speech, and even how you treat other people around you. Being discipline also portrays in the way you react to appointments and business meetings. When someone calls you for a Job, how you address your Client, even if he/she has anger management issues. How you dress to meet a client at Work, no-matter the place you're being posted to work. How you talk, the tone of voice you actually use towards your Client's friends or family members. And your atmosphere, are you the friendly Or sociable type, or just the cool type who hates making new friends. Don't forget "CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME" soo if you're lacking discipline, then you better act fast to change and check your ways, because it now or never.
4) PLANS :- humm, when it comes to Planning, we forget that we're also young people who will become leaders oneday, or even family heads.
Soo why don't we plan now. It's simple, planning for your future shouldn't take much time, but caution and discipline. If you have good plans for your Life, then you won't have problems with family issues and other matters. At your spare time, starting from now, write down alist of things you need, and how you want to accomplish them in 5yrs time. Or simply put down a Project Boon of your Life, how many years you need to build your house, and get married, have kids, raise a policy for the family, and others. You will bear with me, these things are very huge at first, but as you grow daily, you will see how important they will seem to you. Also plan how much money you actually need and why you don't need to waste time getting certain electronics gadgets in your life.
5) SAVING & SPENDING :- we all have this problem, and it's a common thing amongs every young person who makes alot of money, You spend and think more money is on it way , soo you forget about tomorrow. Well, maybe you forgot that Money doesn't grow on Trees. Therefore you need to start investing your money. If you have problems with spending, I mean you believe you're a super spender, well then sit down with any good business
partner who should help you learn to invest the little money you make. Whether big or small Investments, at least it will breed cash. Soo you need to respect the profits you make from your Talents and believe that, no one will support you when everything is lost. Even if you're from a rich family, you still need to focus on making your own cash, soo it can prevent any future problems. Saving is good, intact the HOLY BIBLE endorse it also. Learn to save and save hard, don't waste money on things that are not too urgent. Create alist of things and places where you've spent your money, and choose the most important parts from this list.
Also create a list of the type of investments you think your money is good enough for, and how it can profit you in the next 5years.
PLEASE DON'T FORGET, WHERE YOU WILL BE AND WHO YOU WILL BE IN 5 YEARS, DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU DO NOW, AND THE PLANS YOU HAVE NOW.
